MIM #219: Texture Kissing

Just love Mondays, especially with PTI and Make It Monday!
This week's video with Lizzie shows us how to 'texture kiss' our stamps.

I texture kissed several leaves and the bud from Rosie Posie, not really
having a plan.
Ended up forming a summer wreath. Loved the colors together!
(Am I the only one that hangs a wreath up for every season?)
Hawaiian Shores, Classic Kraft, Limeaid Ice & Berry Sorbet.
Hello: Noted Die
Texture from Background Basics: Gingham
The smaller gingham gives an impression that resembled tiny flowers.
Happy accident?
PTI cardstocks: Stamper's Select & Classic Kraft.

  3. Very pretty wreath, Nancy. Love the gingham kissed buds and leaves~it definitely looks like tiny flowers.
PS: I used to change out my wreaths for the different seasons up North but here in FL... no :-)

  6. Love your summer wreath Nancy, and the colors are wonderful together! Love your "happy" accident with the smaller leaves too!! And yes, I change out my front door wreath with the seasons too...way too many pretty wreaths out there to only hang one up all year!! :0)

  7. Oh, I love how that gingham turned out! So pretty! I don't have a wreath for every season but I do have a tree for all of the holidays...including Halloween. I totally understand the joy that seasonal decor can bring...especially when handmade. :) Beautiful project, Nancy!

  8. Great idea to make a summer wreath ! I have to have two for the double front doors and I like to have wreaths for each season and occasion as well! Somehow it does not surprise me that you do as well, Nancy! Beautiful card!
