Create Along With Us: October 2016

Create Along With Us, PTI's challenge this month,
features a new Tiny Town house, with all the Christmas trimmings.
Thought I'd use Betsy's idea for her gumdrop roof.

I love the new candy cane portico and trees, and can't wait to case this and
several other holiday houses I've seen.

I stuck with an all kraft and white theme, similar to what Nichole
posted as inspiration posted on her blog:

Can't you just smell the gingerbread?

A view from the top.

Front details from Make It Market Kit: Holiday Folk,
In the Meadow and Believe.

Before you go, check out some more
inspiration for creating these sweet little structures
on these blogs:
Marcia, Birgit and Patti:

and Marybeth

I am sure there are many more, forgive me if I've missed
you. And please, in the comments, mention your post where you
made a 'Tiny Town' treasure. I'd love to add you to
my list, and I'll edit this post to include you!
Hugs!

  1. You did a wonderful job with your Christmas Tiny Town house and all on your own! Betsy's holiday house hasn't even been released. Aren't the little houses great fun?! I really miss her Petite Places...made a couple again recently just to revisit them. ;)

  6. Nancy, your Kraft and white Christmas house is drop-dead gorgeous. The tree, fence and snowman finished your Gingerbread house beautifully. Is that a box made out of corrugated paper for your base? Whatever you used, it's ideal. WOW,

    1. Hi Kathy, yes, it's corrugated card stock. I made a box, then white embossed it to look like snow. Thank you!
