It's time for another challenge at Tag You're It!

Our muse this week is Joyce Mehrberg, of Cards by the Sea.

Joyce's clean modern style lights up her projects.
Her striking black frame inspired me to use the dark surround to showcase my house.

My tag combines stamps from PTI's Holiday Home and

the darling polka dot trees from Petite Places Holiday Lane.
