Welcome to MIM at PapertreyInk (Posted on Thursday! It's been a busy week...)
Betsy Veldman's tutorial looked so easy. Had to work on it a bit. Keeping the acetate still was a challenge. But work on it I did, and I love the technique.
Always a joy to learn something new.
The sweet Mr. Bones stamp and die set were used for my card. Can't do just one 'Bonesy', when 2 are even cuter!. Created a background paper with Fine linen ink stamped with the Havest Berries set.
Mr. Bones is die cut in Summer Sunrise cardstock. All PTI cardstock. Orange gingham from Orange zest paper pack. (Not sure what to do with the mounds of other cardstock I have. Reach for PTI's cardstock every time. No comparison).
A bit of black glitter and a ruby red rhinestone are finishing touches.
Love the ability to personalize the skeleton by snipping arms and legs to position them where I want.
Check out Betsy's video and try the "sentiment mirroring" yourself! But be warned... It's not as easy as it looks!
