MIM #134 Repeat + Lift

Nichole shows us a technique to hi-light our word dies.
Must say this card is the closest attempt to a 10 min. card I've ever done! (OK, 35 min. isn't bad!)
Using the Wonderful Words 'together' die, I cut it from Shimmer gold paper.
From there it went so quick!

Rustic cream card stock
Basket of Blessings stamp set
Sentiments 'thankful' from First Fruits
PTI Inks: Kraft, Terracotta Tile, Scarlett Jewel and tea dye duo
Card base: Vintage Cream
Pretty much a CAS of her card, with a different word.
Love this technique!
Thank you, Nichole!

  9. The autumn feel is fantastic here. I love everything about it...the colors, the shading, the subtle cornucopia look in the background. Simply beautiful.

  10. Stunning card, Nancy, the fact that you didn't color the whole 'basket of goodies and placed the technique over it is fabulous. Really makes it pop! You are amazing!

  16. You've done a great job again!! Super for a near "10 min" card!! Those colors with that gold on top of the basket and with the red give it all a rich tone. Nice :)
