MIM #207: Double Partial Die Cutting

Playing along with MIM at PTI, and Laura Bassen,
showing us her how-to genius of Double Partial Die Cutting.
It's the 'partial' part that I wrestled a bit with, but settled on
this number card for a cousin turning the big '6-5'.

Mat Stack 7 (largest die) gave me the window to add a stenciled Cover Plate: Blue Skies.
Ombred with Lemon Tart, Harvest Gold, Summer Sunrise & Orange Zest Inks.
Up, Up & Away die cuts of balloons, colored with copics.
Sentiment from: Birthday Classics: February (Terracotta Tile).
Laura's effect creates a stunning 'POW', to your cards!
