Found a new challenge blog, (new to me) through a friend (Darnell),
where another friend (Joyce) is CASE designer with this gorgeous card.
The challenge is called Happy Little Stampers and they're celebrating
a one year anniversary selling their own stamps.
Although I don't own any HLS yet, it's OK to use other stamps for
this challenge.
Joyce's beautiful card uses the cutout method, where the center is popped up,
and colored, focusing on the cutout!
Love this technique.
Used Lil' Inkers Stitched Ovals to double cut my window,
which is colored with Zig Clean Color Watercolors.

Wow,Nancy you outdid yourself with this one! It's stunning ,and very unique I love that you used the feathers ! Even the one you don't like is pretty! I made one I didn't like too, but never posted. :)
ReplyDeleteLove this!! I didn't get the feather doodle thinking it would be too much to color, but I absolutely love how you used it in CASEing Joyce's card...absolutely stunning Nancy!! I made a card for this challenge too, but haven't had a decent day to photograph yet...sunshine and Spring are not available in Michigan yet...grrrrr!

ReplyDeleteWow, Nancy. I am staring at this gorgeous card trying to figure out all the die cuts, and where you cut and colored. It's a magnificant piece of work. Love that you used those feathers and your coloring is gorgeous. I just adore this card, and must try this one soon. Brilliant stamping all around.
