Transformation Tuesday with Michelle Leone

Hi! Thought I'd play along with PTI's Transformation Tuesday and Michelle Leone,
where we were challenged to take a previous card we liked but wanted to
re-do better.

I was so excited to add PTI's Stitching Garden to my floral stamp sets, and wanted to
see how all the stamps looked inked and assembled. The colors I used were OK,
and the one layer card reminded me of a spring pattern.

Michelle used her original card to springboard a second that used more modern colors
and an eye-catching flower in the center.

Like Michelle, my 2nd remake card uses bolder colors, and a more focalized design.
It's always fun to improve and redo. There's always ways to tweek certain elements,
such as colors or design.

Have a card you'd like to transform?

Hope you had a great weekend and look forward to lots of crafting!

  1. they're both beautiful Nancy but I do love the deep crimson red bouquet. Those stiched flowers have so much depth. Absolutely amazing card my friend!

  2. I agree with Birgit! Both beautiful but the second is striking with the rich color!

  3. Both are so very lovely, Nancy, but I do agree that the second is more striking. Love the deep rich colors and that beautiful sentiment!
