A great big 'howdy' to you all! The last day of March brings the
12 Kits of Occasions. And our hostess Lisa Elton from mypapertales.blogspot.com,
is spreading Spring our way with 'A Whimsical Garden'.
Beautiful papers from Cartabella, darling die cuts and sentiments, stamped sweet Spring
images, and the most gorgeous rose gold sequins ever! Be still my blossom lovin' heart!

This guy is loving the rain, and the hope of Spring blooms so much, I had to lead with
him. Life in my valley is beautiful right now. We've had loads of life giving rain, and I
thank God for every drop!
Lisa included this phrase, which I added to the inside of froggie's card.
Really... it says it all!
Next up, one of 3 Impression Obsession bunnies included in the kit, popped up on
a field of flowers.

Lisa wrapped our goodies in this green and white chevron paper. Wish you could
feel it, so rich and smooth. Perfect for 2 bunny friends enjoying the outdoors.

Lisa stamped these 2 in soft brown ink for us. I used my Polychromos pencils to color them.
I'm a bit over the moon for this Art Gone Wild 'puttering around bunny'. Lisa sent us the
mini bow too. Seemed a good place to put it, over the medallion, on the wreath.
Colored with copics.
I also colored the trio of bloom die cuts with copics, and framed the card in black.

Oh my goodness Nancy...ALL of your cards are FABULOUS!! Looks like we were somewhat on the same wavelength with the frog card...wasn't he so much FUN to color up?! And you used all the papers so beautifully too...every card is a masterpiece!! LOVE the little IO bunny card and the card with the little girl and the bunny peeking out from behind her...SOOOOOO cute!! And of course the Art Gone Wild bunnies are just too sweet with all the layered goodness you added! Lovely, lovely cards my friend!! :0)
ReplyDeleteOh Nancy, my heart is just filled with joy after looking at your beautiful cards! I love the froggie with the rainboot paper. It is such a fun pairing, I wish I had saved mine out now. Your topiary bunnies and little girl are colored so sweetly, as are the beautiful flowers. Gosh, I'm just in awe and wish I could case all of your cards. Happy spring my friend!

I love how you always add a bit of your own to the kits and that you were smart enough to use the green chevron paper--smart lady! I can't possibly start picking favourites but I do love all you perfect colouring (especially those detailed images), that you included a sentiment inside the froggie card and all your fussy cutting. Love them all my friend!

The way you paired your own dies and elements with the kit brings out the best of every image and DSP! The little frog is so cute framed in the rain boots, and the fussy cut flowers look amazing! Your coloring on everything is wonderful! So fun that you used the wrapping paper, and it's perfect with the vellum and photo corners! Each and every card is spectacular, Nancy!

Love the opening for the frog, the way you colored the bunny in the VW, the glow you added to the lights on the topiary umbrella....I could go on and on. Just amazing. Thanks for making my kit shine!

And your coloring is always so wonderful! The little girl with the rabbit peeking out from behind is especially precious. Every card is just over the top perfection!!
