Happy September crafty friends!
With so many luscious flower dies out there, we at the Flower Challenge
invite you to 'Use a Die' and play along this month!
Well, my hardest challenge was choosing a die!
I setttled on this Tim Holtz Thinlits, Brushstroke Flowers 2.
I paired my sponged blooms against a 3-D embossing folder also by
Tim Holtz called 'Doily'.
I've done numerous panels with the doily EF, in lots of color combos,
loving each one!
The method I used to make the doily pop, was to ink the EF in white with a roller,
onto a blush piece of cardstock. Then heavily inking the bottom right corner, before
stamping the text.
I kept the tiny text subtle behind my Beautiful Day sentiment.
So that's it, my friends. Pick a die, use it on a card, and play along!

This is one gorgeous card, Nancy! The lace EF is incredible and love the way you inked it up. I like the color of your flowers and the greens you paired with them for the leaves. Beautiful work, my friend!
