Hello! And welcome to the last day of November and 12 Kits of Occasions.
Our hostess this month is Jessica Davis from the Paper Parade.
and her kit was a magical mix of holiday fun!
Take a look
Is he not the cutest? Blue Yeti is holding star decorations (fussy cut) and he's in front of
a shaker of snow and stars.
All the fun papers Jessica included in the kit... LOVE!!
For this card, I colored and decorated the baking elements Jessica sent, along with the darling bear. All are arranged around PTI's Sprig Wreath, which I stamped in blue.
More fabulous papers for my sweet snowglobe. There's diamond Stickles on the fairies wings and
snow on the rooftops (hard to see in the photo)
PTI's A2 Scallop die & MFT Wonky Stitch
I mean, how cute are these bears? I used some leftover red paper to create a rug for the tree,
and die cut a circle to stencil on light rays.
Poppystamps Stitched Pinpoint tag.
Jessica stamped and sent the 'Deck the Halls' sentiment, which I bordered with her
felt snowflakes.
And that's all for me. Plan to do more with what's leftover.
such sweet characters make the perfect cards for grandchildren.
Blue? it's perhaps the best color I've seen YETI! OH I cannot believe the fussy-cutting skills of this team - now why hasn't THAT rub off on me? LOve the bells and bows that add just the right amount of something special to already special, darling cards, Nancy! Shall I tell you my favorite? that sweet-covered wreath, and a Blue Baker Bear - just so darling!
ReplyDeleteI feel like I've had an overload of sweetness from this team already, and it isn't even lunch time yet!! xx

Nancy just as I imagined each and everyone of your cards is a masterpiece. You had me with your yeti card--the colouring, the shaker and the fussy cutting (in my world i is fussy amputation--lol). All the other cards each with a special addition--the vellum strip, the unique die cut shapes, making a little rug!! all so creative and wonderful!
ReplyDeleteWow...a gorgeous and festive collection of amazing Christmas cards Nancy, love them all! I am smitten by your sweet blue bear, just as cute and clever as can be. Your yeti is so fun and I love your sweet fairies flying over Santa's Village, so many wonderful cards!
ReplyDeleteThese are all awesome!

ReplyDeleteI love the whimsy on each and every perfectly darling card Nancy!! Your Yeti card is incredible. But I think my favorite is your bear with al of the sweet treats. I think we were channeling each other!! You did Jessica proud!!
ReplyDeleteWow, wow, and more wow! Oh how I love them all miss Nancy! That beautifully tied red bow baking card is one of my favorites! ( had to pick one) Loving the fun layers on that darling snuggles card! Wish I had or made more time to visit you blog, your creativity is amazing!
ReplyDeleteI keep thinking any day now you are going to be telling us you are on the Papertrey Ink design team.
Beautiful and a-mazing, each holiday card more lovely than the last! Such fabulous detail and color.... I could not begin to pick a favorite! Perhaps the blue bear card though? ..... so glad to have saved him and all of the sweet little baking elements!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous creations Nancy! Your attention to detail is amazing.. the tree skirt and starburst sky, yeti shaker and beautiful red bow are all stunning! Total eye candy for me here!
ReplyDeleteGoodness, where to begin! Every card is a wonderful work of art and I keep looking back and finding more fabulous details! The colors and your coloring are just amazing. Though picking a favorite seems like it isn't fair to all the others, I'm especially taken with your blue bear design. The bow, the vellum and perfectly colored images are stunning. Fun idea to create a rug for the Snuggles card too!
ReplyDeleteWow, what a nice group of cards. The first one is very intriguing. Love how well you put your cards together, and your colouring is done to perfection.
ReplyDeleteFabulous collection of cards with the kit.
ReplyDeleteHi Nancy! So sorry I'm running late on commenting. It's been a hectic couple of days and I'm thankful for some quiet time this morning so I can play catch up with my teamies. Your cards always blow me away. I hope we get to craft together in March so maybe some of your talent will rub off on me. ;0) I agree with Michele about the fussy cutting skills the members of this team has. I for one avoid it whenever possible. Your Yeti card is darling!! The blue bear with all the baking goodies around the blue wreath is completely genius and as adorable as can be! I agree with you about all the bears in this kit, they're all so cute. Each of your cards is pure delight my friend!
