A Tunnel Card

Have you ever made a tunnel card? Laurie asks us to choose our favorite layout in
this week's 'Laurie's Fabulous Favorites' with PTI.

My favorite layout is one that hi lights a sentiment. But I also love to use
elements to showcase a theme. Such as I've done here, with my sea theme.

I used the Salt Air: Flora & Fauna sets on a tunnel card I learned from Jennifer McGuire
and her YouTube post here: jennifer mcguire tunnel card.

 Here's the inside:

This is so much fun to make. All the elements dance in perspective as you open the
card. But when closed it becomes flat enough to slip into an envelope.

Here's what it looks like when it's opened.

It's so easy to follow Jennifer as she explains the steps involved to assemble a tunnel card.

It's become a favorite layout for a card.
Hope you give it a try. think you'll love it as much as I do.

Happy crafting!

Transformation Tuesday with Melissa

It's good to be back in the craft cave, with all my what nots handy!
Saw Melissa's post on the PTI Blog. Are you playing along with
Transformation Tuesday?

This week's 'transformation' is to use a card you love into another
card you love.

I enjoyed the card I made for the July Blog Hop. The colors were eye catching,
and I love working with layers!

My do again card uses the same layout, with a few new elements.

It's fall after all and the colors are beginning to change around me and my valley.
I love this time of year, when the cool down begins.

This time I used Cover Plate Deco, popping up the outside layer.
Same Shape Shifters: Oval, but with some fun map dp.

The whole sea themed stamps and dies released in July was a favorite!

Getting in a bit late with my re-do!
Thanks for stopping by!
