Cas Mix up has a fun challenge for the month of October,
Stamping + Ghosting + My Choice.
I've never done 'ghosting' before, so I had to try Lol's method.
If you haven't done this technique or need a refresher,
Cas Mix up has several you tube videos on their blog with different methods to
achieve the look.
With a white card stock and Distress Inks, I sponged my background.
Then with stencils from Color Pop Autumn (PTI), I spritzed the 4
stencils with water. The white is the ghosting that is left after it dries.
Then the various shapes are stamped (veins in the leaves, etc.)
Honestly, had so much fun, and way too excited each time the ghosting appeared!
So that's my ghosting + stamping. My choice, was the addition of
the banner from PTI's Paper Clippings: Birthday Details,
with die cuts from Color Pop Autumn.
Definitely trying the other methods!
