The Flower Challenge Reminder: Use Gold

Reminder time! The Flower Challenge is challenging us to 'Use Gold'.

Lots of gold on my inspiration Christmas card! The Greetery's Magnolia is first
cut with reds, and sprayed with Ranger's Mica spray, and finally 'touched' with
Golden Rod Stickles.

Almost 2 more weeks to add your golden creation...
are  you in? Choose your favorite flower and play along!

The Flower Challenge #87 Use Gold

Perfect timing to Use Gold at the Flower Challenge!
Happy Holidays crafters, and welcome to a new card challenge at TFC,
featuring a favorite flower on a card.

My card to inspire you features the magnolia wreath from The Greetery,
die cut twice: once from green, and once again from a striped paper.
The green started it's life plain and dull. I used Tim Holtz mica sprays to
bring out the shine!

The magnolia is also a new die from The Greetery, but I only used the smallest petal die
for my flower.

Let's see what you do with the challenge to 'Use Gold'. Our challenges are all month,
and end on the 25th. Enjoy, sweet friends!

Merry Christmas!

The Flower Challenge #73: Use a Sentiment & 6th Birthday

Hello, and welcome to The Flower Challenge, 6th Birthday celebration.
There are prizes this month too. The challenge is to use a sentiment on your
card. And of course to make a flower or flowers the main attraction.

Want some inspiration?

My card features Altenew's magnificent magnolia, a Craft a Flower Die set, and
I clear embossed Altenew's Beveled Squares Stencil onto a Poppystamps Oval.
The sentiment is also Poppystamps, an oldie called Happy Birthday Background.
The hem stitched die is from Spellbinders.

Now it's your turn. Choose a favorite flower/flowers, and play along. You could
win some fabulous prizes! See you in the lineup, and Happy 6th, Flower Challenge!
