Heather Nichols shows us a technique using Gelatos on this week's
Make It Monday at PapertreyInk.
I've seen other's have fabulous results with this medium, But I never tried them.
So for the 2nd week in a row, made a trip to Michaels and picked up something new.
I'm in love with the Garden Grace stamp set, perfect for Gelatos!
There are stamps in the set that are solid, and others for definition.
And what lovely sentiments and script!
Along with Garden Grace stamps and dies, I die cut Fabulous Frames.
The 'Plant a garden' sentiment fit perfectly on the bottom frame.
Heather showed us 2 ways to moisten the stamp. I used both for the
inside and outside frame.
Detailing stamped in Pure Poppy and New Leaf inks.
Cardstock is Stamper's Select, but I did use Betsy's for the die cut blooms.
The texture in the heavier card stock really defined the print better,
but regular PTI card stock is fine.

Totally gorgeous! Love that you used both stamping methods on this card, it really adds extra interest.
