Make It Monday at Papertrey, was on Wed. this week,
due to their fabulous release week.
Lizzie's tutorial shows us that patterned paper can be altered with
stamp and color.
PTI: Black & White All Over Pattern Paper.
You Are a Masterpiece stamps and dies.
I masked the lines on the pattern paper, so I could stamp the twig image
all over the inside.
Then masking inside, I sponge inked the corners.
PTI Inks: Berry Sorbet, Summer Sunrise, Pure Poppy, Blueberry Sky,
and the twigs are stamped with Mint Julep.
PTI Button Twine
I'm so glad PTI had a MIM (even if it was on Wed.!)
and thanks to Lizzie for a super fun lesson!
Very nice effect with the watercolor-y corners and leafy twigs inside. I didn't recognize the paper until I went to look it up. You gave it such a fresh feeling!
