Paper Sweeties August Release Rewind!

I created a background with a new set called: You Are Fab, & Be Happy.
The tag is a mix of die cuts from Be Happy with Sweet Cuts from Hippity Hoppity.

This month is all about celebrating, with contests, giveaways, challenges & prizes.
