A Tunnel Card

Have you ever made a tunnel card? Laurie asks us to choose our favorite layout in
this week's 'Laurie's Fabulous Favorites' with PTI.

My favorite layout is one that hi lights a sentiment. But I also love to use
elements to showcase a theme. Such as I've done here, with my sea theme.

I used the Salt Air: Flora & Fauna sets on a tunnel card I learned from Jennifer McGuire
and her YouTube post here: jennifer mcguire tunnel card.

 Here's the inside:

This is so much fun to make. All the elements dance in perspective as you open the
card. But when closed it becomes flat enough to slip into an envelope.

Here's what it looks like when it's opened.

It's so easy to follow Jennifer as she explains the steps involved to assemble a tunnel card.

It's become a favorite layout for a card.
Hope you give it a try. think you'll love it as much as I do.

Happy crafting!

  1. Is this ever cute Nancy! All those little sea creatures are just darling on this fun tunnel card.

  2. That card is just perfection!

  3. What a FUN and FABULOUS card Nancy!! I made one of the tunnel cards back when Jennifer put the video out, but it's been awhile...have to try another one after seeing your awesome card!! Love how the front is wonderful but fairly simple, and then you open it up and it explodes with all the images and colors!! You did a FABULOUS job on this card Nancy...someone's eyes are definitely going to light up when they receive this card!! Well done my friend!! :0)

  4. Adorable card with this underwater scene!!!!! I have never tried a tunnel card layout, but it looks wonderful in your card! Thanks for sharing, I will have a try! :)
