MIM #226: Creating With Stripes

Creating with Stripes is our challenge with Laurie
this week at Make It Monday.
I love all kinds of stripes, so this was especially fun to
see what could be used to create a card with stripes.
The Herringbone stamp reminded me of diagonal stripes,
so that is my stripe background.
More stripes with the cover plate.

  1. What a pretty autumn card! I love the mix of colors and patterns you used. Your pumpkins remind me of some of the decorative felt and velvet ones I've seen lately. Very creative!

  5. Just beautiful, Nancy! I too, am loving the neutral colored pumpkins (makes me think of tweed fabric pumpkins)! It's so great to see you using that cover plate as well. It inspires me to dig mine out and give it some love too. An overall fabulous card!!
